Sorry if this has been posted before but, if you register a code on Dr Pepper website, download the parts, and then install the.package like a mod, you should be able to upload because you registered a code and the bot parts icon appears on you spore page. You can uninstall the game, leaving the '2010 dr pepper spore parts pack' installed and then reinstall spore and patch it to 1.03 and go back to using mods, but that's a bit of a hassle for 12-14 mostly useless parts.
