I have been using Norton Internet Security for Mac since March 29, 2010 by upgrading from Norton AntiVirus 11. So after installation, Subscription Expiry Date show March 30, 2011 as expiry date on Statistics page of NAV main screen. Starting a couple of day ago, Subscription Expiry Date read 'Unknown' but Liveupdate still work fine to update definition and software. To solve this annoying problem, I have tried uninstall NIS 4 using unisnatll script from Norton, remove Symantec.keychain, reinstall.
